Prata Diamonds was founded by Michelle Quinton, who has spent 18 years in the jewellery industry helping people create pieces that feel personal and meaningful.
Michelle began her career in online custom jewellery in 2008, co-founding one of South Africa’s early online custom jewellery businesses. That experience shaped the way she works today: personal service, honest guidance and a focus on finding the right diamond and design for each client.
Prata was created with a simple idea: buying an engagement ring should feel personal.
Today, Michelle works directly with every client, from the first conversation through to the finished piece. No pressure, no endless options. Just thoughtful guidance, carefully selected diamonds and a design that feels completely right for you.
