All consultations are held via WhatsApp or Video Call, ensuring you receive dedicated, one-on-one attention regardless of your location. Once your bespoke piece is meticulously crafted, we provide secure delivery nationwide and internationally.

We provide professional, discreet delivery for every Prata Diamonds piece, serving our clients both nationally and internationally. To ensure your commission reaches you safely, all shipments are handled by our trusted specialist couriers with full tracking provided.

  • Bespoke Commissions: Typically 21 working days, depending on the intricacy of your design.
  • Ready-to-Wear: Arrives within 3–5 working days.

International Shipping:
Please note that international deliveries may take longer due to courier schedules and local customs processing. All international orders are subject to the customs, taxes, and import duties of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the Prata Diamonds purchase price.
