HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY CUSTOM ORDER?

Prata Custom-Made: Once we have worked together to finalise your design, we start the CAD process, which takes about 7 working days. After you approve the CAD, we proceed with manufacturing, including finishing and setting, which typically takes 14 working days. Your custom piece should be ready within approximately 21 working days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Certainly! We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping for our jewellery pieces. To ensure that we can deliver to your specific location, kindly get in touch with us.

It’s essential to note that your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other relevant charges imposed by your country’s customs department. The cost of these fees may differ depending on your location and the total cost of your order. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any customs fees incurred.

DO YOU OFFER INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR YOUR JEWELLERY?

We do not provide insurance coverage for the jewellery items we design. However, many of our customers choose to add their jewellery to their homeowner's insurance policy or opt for specialised jewellery insurance plans available from various providers.

To assist you in securing coverage, we are pleased to offer appraisals for your jewellery, which can help you obtain insurance from your preferred provider.

WHAT IS AN INSURANCE APPRAISAL?

An insurance appraisal is a detailed document that describes your jewellery, including its value, specifications, and unique features. It helps you secure coverage by providing your chosen insurance company with the necessary information to assess and insure your piece.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?

While we do not provide direct financing options, we partner with PayFast, our secure payment gateway, which offers a range of flexible payment solutions. Through PayFast, you can explore various payment methods tailored to your needs.

CAN I SEE A MOCK-UP OF MY CUSTOM DESIGN BEFORE MAKING MY FIRST DEPOSIT?

Absolutely! We’re excited to offer our Design Preview Service, where you can see a detailed mock-up of your custom design before making your first deposit. By paying a nominal fee, you’ll receive a CAD design of your jewellery item, allowing you to visualise every detail and ensure it meets your expectations before committing to the final purchase.
