Return and Refund Policy for Custom Design Jewellery

As a custom-design jewellery company, we take great pride in creating unique and personalized pieces for our clients. Each item is made to order and tailored to your specific preferences and requirements, which means that we cannot resell or accept returns or refunds.

Once you have accepted the CAD design and the item has been manufactured, the sale is considered final. We encourage you to carefully review the CAD design and communicate any changes or revisions before approving the design. Once you have approved the design and the item has been manufactured, we are unable to make any changes or accept returns or refunds.

Please note that initial deposits and subsequent payments for cancelled orders are also non-refundable. When you place an order for a custom design piece, we begin the design and manufacturing process, which incurs costs that cannot be recouped if the order is cancelled.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to report the issue. We will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repairing or replacing the item at our discretion.
